For a number of villa owners marketing may not be a major issue. If you plan on spending long periods of time living in your villa, don’t like the idea of others using it in your absence or if you plan on renting it privately to those you know or through your own means, then marketing issues may not apply to you. On the other hand if you are interested in renting your villa then a number of options are open.

  • Marketing in your own environment-home country, national group, friends and colleagues, business/work associates or other niche markets that you can access. These are all promising markets which can give greater security and control of renters than marketing in the open market
  • Marketing in Bali using the numerous agencies that market villas in local magazines as well as on Websites and other media
  • Marketing on the Web using either large Websites targeted at international renters and rental properties world wide or setting up a separate website to promote the villas in the Villa Gunung complex.
  • Niche marketing such as the wedding and honeymoon market, family reunion, alumni or other group users, small seminar, educational and specific interest groups using a variety of marketing media.

I have experience marketing my own villa in a number of these areas and, once the complex is finished, I am willing to assist owners in marketing their villas either individually or, if there is interest and support, as a group.
