If you’re interested in buying one of the villas you’ve just been reading about these are the steps you need to take:

• Send me an email expressing your interest and/or asking any further questions before making a final decision. Please include your mailing address so that I can send the necessary documents to you later.
• As a guarantee of your commitment and to reserve one of the villas you need to send a deposit of US$500 to the bank account I will send you. Receipt of this deposit will be acknowledged and your villa reserved (assuming they have not all been reserved by then). If you change your mind before the final signing of the contract then this US$500 will be refunded.
• NOTE: The project will only proceed when all 10 villas have been sold. Therefore if this doesn’t happen, your deposit will be refunded.
• After paying the deposit, as many of the legal documents as are needed and/or ready (see Legal section) will be prepared and mailed to you for your signature. Once signed and returned your contract will be binding and a 15% deposit is payable to the bank account listed on the contract document.
• Assuming all villas are sold and deposits paid, work on the project will commence in March 2007 as planned.
• As work commences I will make regular visits to the site, take pictures and write notes which will be sent to you. I will also advise when your progress payments are due. These should follow the schedule as outlined in the Schedule of Payments section above.
• You are free at any time to visit the site and see progress.
• As building nears completion in mid 2008, any options you have chosen regarding different materials or changes in the specified construction will need to be arranged. I will notify you about these.
