Lease and Management Agreements
Two lease agreements and one management agreement will be drawn up by Bali Business Enterprises.

Firstly, the lease agreement for an initial 25 year lease period plus provisions for automatic 25 renewal terms thereafter between the land owners and the local PMA company.

Secondly, sublease agreements between the company and villa owners for the actual land on which villas are built as well as shared land used for common facilities.

One management agreement specifying the rights and responsibilities of villa owners and the manager as appointed by the PMA company.
